Dispatch Time
We always aim to dispatch your items as swiftly and carefully as possible. If you need your item for a special occasion or by a certain date, please contact us to discuss other options and advice.
Dispatch of models, toys, kits, and giftware
For toys, kits, models, and other giftware, dispatch is often on the same or the next working day. Should for some reason the item is not available due to an error, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your order. Please see our Terms of Service section for our disclaimer regarding listing inaccuracies.
Dispatch of our own produced products
We try to keep the stock of our own produced products accurate on our website at all times, however, it may be that the item needs to be produced, this can take between 3 to 5 working days. Please see our Terms of Service section for our disclaimer regarding listing inaccuracies.
Services Used
We always try to make postage fees as fair as possible and so use a variety of service providers to achieve this. The majority of our smaller domestic and international orders are sent using Royal Mail. For larger domestic orders we often use CollectPlus, Parcelforce, or DPD. Larger international orders are often sent using Parcelforce, DPD, or UPS. If you have a specific request of carrier choice, please contact us to discuss further as it may be that additional shipping fees could apply. Again, if you need an item for a special occasion or by a certain date, please contact us to discuss other options and advice. We will always work with you to try and get your request fulfilled.

Domestic orders
UK domestic orders usually take between 2-5 working days to arrive.
European orders sent with Royal Mail
Royal Mail aims to have these items delivered within 5 working days.
European orders sent with other Parcelforce, DPD, and UPS
Delivery time to European countries is usually around 3-7 working days.
Other international locations
Royal Mail is much less accurate with their delivery estimates of smaller orders to the USA, Canada, Australia, and other international locations outside Europe. Delivery is usually expected to take between 7-14 working days. Larger orders sent with UPS or another courier service can sometimes be faster.
Tracking information
Depending on the service used, your order will be updated with tracking information once dispatched.
Importation taxes and customs
When your package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. You are duly responsible to comply with the laws and regulations of the country of destination. Take Cover! Creations will not accept any responsibility for any additional charges that could apply.
